Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About the Tooth Fairy (And Some Things You Didn’t) by Briony Stewart is one of my favourite books on the CBCA Book Week 2025 shortlist. It’s funny, magical and full of quirky details that had my children giggling—and wondering.
In fact, it may have even turned my daughter (a firm non-believer) back into a believer. If you’re looking for fun and easy Tooth Fairy activities for Book Week, this story is the perfect starting point.

Tooth Fairy Classroom Display Idea: Create a Tooth Fairy Village
If you’re after a creative follow-up activity, here’s one your students will absolutely love: Build a Tooth Fairy Village!
After reading the book and completing some of the writing or drawing tasks, invite your students to each design their own Tooth Fairy House. They can imagine where their Tooth Fairy might live!
Use paper, recycled craft materials or even digital drawings to build the houses, then combine them to create a magical Tooth Fairy Village as a classroom display. This collaborative project builds imagination, encourages oral storytelling and gives your students a sense of ownership and pride during Book Week.
